Before we start, I want to ensure that we agree and that you understand my terms of service.As a digital artist, I am proud of my work and strive to provide the best possible experience for my clients. I am here to help you bring your unique vision to life. To ensure that our collaboration runs smoothly and that we are both happy with the final result, I have a few terms of service that I ask my clients to follow.These terms are designed to protect both of our interests and to ensure that we have a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the commissioning process.Please take a moment to review my terms of service before we begin.If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch with me through my socials

✦CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
• I strive to ensure that my clients are satisfied with their commissions. If any issues arise with the commissioned piece, please notify me promptly so that we can work together toward a solution. Effective communication is crucial for achieving complete satisfaction throughout the commission process.✦GENERAL GUIDELINES
• By commissioning me, you are agreeing to have read and fully accepted my terms of service.• I retain all rights to my work, including but not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy, and use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.• Usage of my pieces as NFT or in any AI generator is strictly prohibited.• I reserve the right to refuse any commission.• Prices are subject to variation based on the complexity of the commission.✦CUSTOMER USE
• The commissioner reserves the right to:
<sub>- Claim rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.
- Share/Repost the artwork anywhere with proper credit.
- Print the artwork for personal use only.</sub>• Copyright infringement includes:
<sub>- Reproducing/using copyrighted artwork commercially without my knowledge
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Removing my signature from the artwork
- Altering the artwork without my consent.</sub>✦PAYMENT
• I accept PayPal as a form of payment.• I only accept € and $ as payment.• Two payment options are available:
_{-50% before I start your commission and 50% before I send the finished piece.
-OR 100% before I start working on your commission.}• I will only commence work upon receiving full or the first-rate of the agreed payment.• Refunds are not available once work on the commission has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances.• A full refund will be provided if, for any justifiable reason, I'm unable to complete the commission.✦TIME
• Commission timelines:

-35 days for Landscapes}• Delays may occur due to factors such as the order of commission, complexity, health, work, school, or family issues. You will be kept informed of any delays.- Imposing time limits is discouraged unless it's for a present. In such cases, provide adequate time to prevent rushed commissions.✦CHARACTER'S REFERENCE
- A clear and colored reference of your character should be provided (3D models and descriptions are not allowed).- Including information about the character's personality, habits, background, etc., along with the reference would be beneficial.
